Notify keeps a private, on-device record of the notifications your phone receives so you can search them later. It is provided free and as-is, funded by advertising. You are responsible for what you record with it and what you do with that record.

You may use Notify for your own personal purposes, on devices you control. Do not use it to capture other people's notifications without their knowledge and consent, and do not use it to collect information you have no right to.

Laws about recording, interception and privacy vary by place. Following the ones that apply to you is your responsibility.

Notify is funded by advertising served through Google AdMob. Ads are supplied by third parties and their content is not chosen, endorsed or verified by the developer. What the ad network collects is described on the Privacy page. A purchase to remove ads is planned for a future update.

Notify is provided without warranty of any kind. It may miss notifications — some kinds are skipped deliberately, and nothing that arrives while notification access is off can be recovered — and it deletes anything past your retention window automatically.

Do not rely on it as the only copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. To the extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for any loss arising from using it, including lost or deleted history.

Your notifications are stored locally and are never uploaded. Uninstalling the app removes its database along with it. The Privacy page has the full detail.

These terms may change as the app changes. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continuing to use Notify after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Questions about these terms go through the app's Feedback screen: Use the Feedback screen in the app: open Settings → Send feedback and write your message there. It reaches the developer directly, and you can add your email address if you would like a reply.

If you no longer have the app installed, the developer contact address published on the app's Google Play listing reaches the same place.
